Please allow 1-3 working days for all orders to be processed.
Royal Mail Special Delivery (Signed for and Tracked)—Parcels are shipped within 1-3 business days (excluding holiday & busy festive periods -) and arrive the following business day. If an order is shipped out on Friday or Saturday, your parcel will arrive on Monday.
Standard shipping/Royal Mail —estimated 2–5 days working days .
EUROPE/USA/CANADA
DHL, UPS, or FedEx EU international (Depending on the best courier for your location, we will ship your parcel with one of the three). Parcels are shipped within 2-4 business days and are expected to arrive between 2–7 business days. Please note that since Brexit, parcels shipped to EU countries may potentially be held at local customs, resulting in further delays.

FedEx SmartPost (3–7 days)—Your parcel will be picked up by FedEx SmartPost and handled by USPS.
Lost Parcels/Incorrect Mailing Address
Once the package has been delivered and confirmed by our shipping carrier, we are not responsible for loss or theft of your package. We do not refund or reship packages that have been marked as delivered by the courier.
We are not responsible for any incorrect or missing mailing address details provided by the customer. Please ensure that your address is entered correctly at checkout.
Customs/Duties
Unfortunately we are not not responsible for any customs fees or duties incurred on international shipments, as these are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local postal service for more information. You are responsible for covering any customs fees or duties incurred when shipping to your destination.
Please do not refuse delivery. Unfortunately, refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original delivery plus the courier return fee. Any refund will be minus the total delivery and return costs.
